There is some great history to this appalling story. Every year, area seniors go to Manhattan Beach on "Cut Day". Now, I was a senior a very long time ago, but I remember that days like "Cut Day" were always tolerated.
Well, some people in Manhattan Beach decided that they didn't want "THESE PEOPLE" coming to "THEIR" (public) beach any more. The NYPD decided to oblige them.
